My Dilemma:
 The green doesnt go with the almond counter and oak vanity. The floor is also off white. Please suggest better colors

I moved into a home that had a similar color and it is not a great color for a bathroom regardless of the cabinets or floors.

If you are looking for the most flattering colors as a backdrop when someone looks in the mirror you will want to go with tones from the skin...peach to pink to warm beige hues.  I wrote a short bit about this on Sensational Color and you can read it here...

You might consider Sherwin Williams Biscuit, Ralph Lauren Pink Ground, or Valspar Peach Taffy.  Get some Tru-Hue test boards and try the color out in your powder room at different times of the day to make sure you love the way it looks.
